Ni-Cr Plunger Tip

Featuring an outer Ni‑Cr self‑fluxing alloy coating, it achieves metallurgical bonding rather than the mechanical adhesion of conventional HVOF thermal spraying, delivering fivefold higher bonding strength.

Conventional thermal‑spray coatings rely on mechanical adhesion and exhibit porosity, making them prone to failure under thermal cycling. Our advanced process achieves metallurgical bonding with low porosity, delivering superior durability, along with low residual stress, low dilution, and crack‑free coatings.

With good high‑temperature resistance, wear and corrosion resistance, as well as good resistance to molten aluminum adhesion, it improves die casting quality while maintaining high production efficiency.
